Welcome to Atelick. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Please give correct details (name, phone, email and address) so we can deliver your order.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account and email secure.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and prices

• We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings.
• Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and stock may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for every pincode or order.

4. Coupons and offers

• Coupons are subject to their own conditions (minimum order value, validity, first order only and so on) shown when you apply them.
• Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may withdraw or change an offer at any time and cancel orders that misuse offers.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Atelick name, logo, designs, product photos and content on this website belong to Atelick and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes or courier disruptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
