We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Delivery areas

We ship to most pincodes in India. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to check delivery to your area. We currently do not ship outside India.

Delivery time

• Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the order date, depending on your location.
• The expected delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout once you enter your pincode.
• Delivery may take longer during sales, festivals, bad weather or other events outside our control.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier name and tracking details by email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and mobile number, or under My Orders after logging in.

Receiving your order

• Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel. The courier may call you before delivery.
• Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or damaged — please refuse it and contact us.
• If a delivery fails after repeated attempts, the parcel may return to us. Prepaid orders returned this way are refunded after deducting shipping charges, if any.

Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing the order. If you need to change them, contact us as soon as possible — we can update them only before the order is shipped.
