- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address when you create an account, place an order or contact us.
- Order details: the products you buy, order value, payment method and delivery status.
- Device and usage data: basic information such as browser type, pages viewed and pincode checks, used to keep the website working and improve it.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders and keep you updated on them.
- To send login codes (OTP), order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To respond to your questions, returns and support requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website safe.
- With your consent, to share offers and new arrivals. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing your information
We share only what is needed to complete your order, with:
- Courier and logistics partners (for example Shiprocket and its courier companies) — name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Payment partner (Razorpay) — to process online payments.
- Authorities — when required by law.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
4. Cookies and saved details on your device
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag. To make checkout faster, your entered pincode, delivery addresses (when you check out without an account) and wishlist may be saved in your browser on your device. You can remove saved addresses from the address list at checkout, or clear them by clearing your browser data. If you use a shared device, we recommend logging in and logging out instead.
5. Keeping your data safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer data is limited to our team members who need it to serve you. We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements.
6. Your choices
- You can view and update your account details and saved addresses in My Account.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by writing to us. Some order records may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
- You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.
